Refund and Cancellation Policy

You need to cancel....

In the event that your order needs to be cancelled please notify us immediately

to discuss how far through the process we are at.

If the animal has been sent to the abattoir we may not be able to offer you a full refund.

We need to change your order....

In the event that your order need to be changed we will be in contact.

This may be due if the courier is unable to make it to your location for this months delivery

or we are unable to fulfil your order until next month.

We do apologise for these inconvenience,

without having a shopfront we have what we have

but will always attempt for fill your orders with a product of higher value if we run out.
