This culinary venture is the brainchild of two passionate brothers, Michael and

Scott, who share a deep-rooted love for bringing farm-fresh delights from

paddock to plate. Their journey began at the tender age of 14 in the idyllic

setting of Mullumbimby in Northern Rivers, and they've since honed their craft

for over 35 combined years in the meat and beef industry.



The Beaumont brothers have traversed various facets of the

trade, working in butcher shops, large beef farming operations, and feedlots,

gaining a profound understanding of what discerning consumers seek in terms of

quality. As a testament to their dedication, they offer a unique mobile

butchering service, providing an authentic paddock-to-plate experience. But

that's not all; their newly established on-site farm butcher shop is designed

to deliver unparalleled, genuine butchering services at a budget-friendly cost.

Their aim is to provide consumers with prime, ethically raised, and high-quality

products at affordable prices.



Their business ethos revolves around operating on a sliding

scale, supporting farmers during challenging times by purchasing excess produce

and passing on the benefits to consumers at competitive prices. Quality and freshness

including bulk packing, family packing, and cryovac packing. Additionally, they

provide paddock-to-plate services, mobile on-site butchering, emergency mobile

Currently, they are proud partners with Wilson's Peak and Gibson

Angus, with more collaborations on the horizon. Their unwavering commitment to
